Login Credentials

This platform uses a new identity provider, so any previous login credentials will no longer work. Your new user account can be used across multiple services. If you're part of Assured, you can log in using your Microsoft email without needing to create a separate account.

If you haven't received access to the new platform yet, please contact the I.T. team.

Touchscreen Setup & Access

We are pleased to announce the rollout of our new touchscreen application, which will replace the existing system. Once you transition to the new platform, the legacy system will be decommissioned.

  • Ability to start, cancel, complete, and review historical cleans
  • Defaults / Day Rates functionality (Note: These now auto-complete and no longer enter an "In Progress" state.)

  • Work confirmation functionality

Several process enhancements have been implemented to improve operational efficiency.

Account Migration & Site Access

User accounts are migrated upon request. If you are scheduled to visit a site that has not yet adopted the new system, please contact the I.T. team in advance. Provide the relevant customer code so the necessary preparations can be completed before your arrival.

Login Credentials

Upon requesting access to the new touchscreen app, you will be issued a dedicated email address for login purposes. When you sign in using this email, an authentication code (valid for 3 minutes) will be sent directly to the I.T. team. To complete your login, please contact I.T. to receive this one-time code.
